Dear Brokers, Team Leaders, and Managers,

The purpose of Set Intent Training and Coaching and Virtual Self Coaching is to deliver focused support to agents so that they increase production.

It is NOT to direct agents to hang their license at one particular office or another or to leave one team to join another.  That is not what we do; quite the contrary.

Never will Set Intent including trainers, coaches or representatives advice or council an agent to leave one office or team to go to another.  That is a job for brokers, recruiters, team leaders and managers.

We believe that the grass isn't necessarily greener somewhere else and that the agent is wise to take responsibility for their own success.

If they are unhappy where they're at, we advice them to take it up with management and not put us in a position that can question our integrity and ethical responsibility to brokers and managers that trust us to support them in their effort to assist the agent to succeed.

We very much appreciate the support of local real estate office owners and brokers.  Please, do not ask us to steer agents your way and we promise to never steer any away from you as an ethical position and simply because that is not our business.  Never has been, never will be.

The soul purpose of Set Intent Training and Coaching and Virtual Self Coaching is to teach, train and coach agents from any and all offices in regard to their production.  We realize that it all starts with agent production; if they do well, the public, the offices, and the affiliates do well.

We support the agent AND the office they have chosen to work in.
